Assist with loading golf bags into shuttles as players prepare to head to the PGA Frisco course. Volunteers will help ensure a smooth and efficient transition for participants, working closely with shuttle drivers and fellow volunteers.

Must be willing to lift 25 pounds or more.

Welcome players as they arrive via shuttle, assist with the unloading of golf bags from shuttle, and guide them to the check-in area. Volunteers will be the first friendly faces players see at the course, helping set a positive tone for the day.

Volunteers will help maintain a welcoming and comfortable space, restock supplies, and assist players with any needs at the hospitality tent.

Stationed at designated contest hole, volunteers will serve as official witnesses for any Hole-in-One attempts. Accuracy and attentiveness are key to verifying contest play and ensuring fair competition.

Join us as a Long Drive Hype Volunteer and help create an unforgettable atmosphere at the Rollertown Open. We are seeking volunteers to bring the excitement and high energy with our long drive champion teeing off!

High-energy volunteers will welcome golfers arriving from PGA Frisco and direct them into the afterparty festivities. You’ll help manage traffic flow, greet guests with enthusiasm, and ensure a smooth transition from tournament to afterparty celebration.

Volunteers will be stationed at two designated staircases leading to the VIP Awards Ceremony area. Your role is to check for silver wristbands and ensure only authorized guests are admitted upstairs. Volunteers should be attentive, friendly, and confident in managing access while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Volunteers will assist NBCF Staff with checking in guests (golfers & general public) as they arrive at Rollertown HQ. Responsibilities include verifying registration, distributing wristbands and/or materials, and providing general event information with a warm and welcoming attitude.

Encourage guests to participate in a meaningful moment by placing notes on the NBCF Wall of Support. Volunteers will guide guests through the process and help create a powerful visual tribute to honor those affected by breast cancer.

Flexible, full-shift volunteers who assist wherever needed throughout the afterparty.

Tasks may include supporting parking lot attendants, monitoring guest flow, ushering golfers to the private awards ceremony space, and directing general attendees. Ideal for volunteers who can commit to a full 4-hour shift and are adaptable, proactive, and ready to jump in wherever help is needed.

Help bring excitement to the event by managing the raffle table! Volunteers will assist staff with helping guests with purchasing raffle tickets and ensuring entries are submitted correctly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with attendees and keeping the energy high around one of the most fun parts of the evening.

Volunteers will walk throughout the event, engaging with guests to encourage donations to National Breast Cancer Foundation. After each donation, volunteers will hand out pink flashy lights as a fun and visible thank-you gift. This role is perfect for outgoing individuals who enjoy connecting with others and supporting a great cause in a lively atmosphere.
