The Check-In Volunteer plays an important role in creating a welcoming and organized experience for attendees at NBCF's Community Packing Parties. This volunteer will oversee the check-in process for individual volunteers and large groups, helping ensure a smooth event flow from arrival to participation.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in volunteers as they arrive.
- Verify registrations and attendance with Director of Volunteer Services.
- Assist with check-in for corporate, school, community, and other large volunteer groups.
- Help maintain an organized check-in area.
- Communicate attendance updates and any issues to NBCF staff.
