All volunteers must be 13 or older to attend the Community Packing Parties
Due to the increasing popularity of this role, we must now limit volunteer sign-ups to a maximum of 2 shifts. Any volunteer with more than two shifts on the same day will be removed from the remaining shifts.
Teams - If you are signing up a team, please limit your team to no more than 10 individuals (including yourself). We want to allow others the opportunity to be a part of these exciting events.

Responsibilities:

Hourly Assembly Directions:
- At the beginning of each hour, receive clear and detailed directions on how to assemble HOPE Kits from start to finish.
- Collaborate with fellow volunteers to ensure a consistent and efficient assembly process.

Hands-On Kit Assembly:
- Actively participate in assembling HOPE Kits, following provided instructions meticulously.
- Exercise care and mindfulness in packing each kit to guarantee its quality.

Comfortable Dress Code:
- Dress comfortably, keeping in mind the active nature of the role and the need for walking during the assembly process.
- Wear shoes suitable for walking to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable volunteering experience.
- Loud Noises and High Energy Environment:
- The atmosphere of this event involves loud music and dimmed lights.
- If you have any sensory needs, please be aware of these for accessibility purposes.
