Note for Team Sign-ups: If you are signing up multiple individuals, please respond as a team and provide the names/email addresses of your team members for roster purposes. If you have signed up as a team in the past, please use your existing team.
Responsibilities:
- Keep an eye on the HOPE Kit inventory levels, identifying and noting any items that are running low as packing progresses.
- Work closely with an NBCF staff member to communicate real-time inventory needs and ensure a smooth and efficient replenishment process.
- Be prepared to adapt to the needs of the packing process, standing and bending down as necessary to access and replenish items. 2 Volunteers will be selected every hour to assist with running materials to the dumpsters with an NBCF staff member.
Requirements:
- Detail-Oriented: Pay attention to inventory levels and promptly address any shortages to maintain a well-stocked supply.
- Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with the NBCF staff member to convey inventory needs and collaborate on timely replenishment.
- Physical Stamina: Be comfortable with standing and bending down during the shift, as the demand for items may vary throughout the packing event.
Attire Recommendations: Volunteers are advised to wear comfortable clothing suitable for a dynamic environment, taking into account the need for movement and flexibility.
