For this event we will be building and packing each kit with love to ensure each woman who receives a HOPE Kit gets the best quality kit.

Volunteer: Proofreading HOPE Kit Encouragement Cards

Volunteers will be required to pick up a bundle of encouragement cards from our NBCF HQ in Frisco, TX in order to complete this opportunity.

Help ensure every word of encouragement is meaningful and impactful in our HOPE Kits! Volunteers will assist in proofreading handwritten encouragement cards to ensure they are free of errors, clear, and thoughtful before being sent to breast cancer patients who need uplifting messages.

Responsibilities:Review cards for spelling, grammar, and clarity.Ensure the tone of the message is positive, compassionate, and appropriate for the recipient.Flag any content that may not align with the intent of providing encouragement and support.Bundling completed cards into bundles of 50 upon completion of proofing.Skills Needed:Strong attention to detail.Familiarity with basic grammar and spelling.Ability to provide feedback sensitively, if needed.A passion for spreading kindness and making a positive impact.Logistics:Cards will need to be picked up at NBCF HQ. As an On-Call Delivery Assistance Volunteer, you will play a vital role in our organization by helping us receive deliveries of gift-in-kind donations for National Breast Cancer Foundation. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the NBCF team and fellow volunteers to ensure a coordinated effort in achieving the goals of each event.
